Asana is here to help you manage your organization and employees in the most efficient way possible. View tasks, share notes, and upload files to one place that everyone in your company can access. The application works with with google drive and dropbox, making it your one-stop-shop for it all. The basic version is free for 15 members, with a $9.99 fee for each extra member.



Mailchimp is an email marketing app that revolves around the concept of “marketing automation”. The app manages mailing lists, creates and sends newsletters, has email templates, and gives you access to analytics. It’s free to send up to 12,000 emails per month, with the a price increase after that amount.




You have a lot on your plate and wunderlist want to help you organize it all. The to-do list app syncs with all your devices and allows you to add notes and due dates to make sure you are always on top of your list.



Nimble is a CRM app that takes it all to the next level. The application aggregates information from your phone’s contacts and calendars, while gathering and synthesizing data from social profiles. Meaning, you get insights, mutual interests, and more on the most important people your business interacts with.
